Direct Buy
If you are in the market and ready to buy, Custom Flipz offers fully rehabbed homes move in ready, but what makes us unique is that we also offer our customers the option to custom design the home as the rehab is in process. We allow our customers to pick certain finishes or design a layout that fits their wants and needs within a predetermined budget. All done with a custom twist and a little razzle dazzle to stand apart from your neighbor. Rent to own
For those who are looking to buy a home but not quite ready we offer rent to own programs that assist with every step of the process from A-Z. We work closely with lenders that have access to grant programs that may allow you to bring zero dollars to closing. We also offer credit repair and tax services.
We offer low up front deposit and a portion of the rent can be credited toward the down payment of the house.

Rental
Custom Flipz also offers high quality long term rental homes and apartments. This is a great place to start for those who aren't quite ready to become homeowners or who prefer to rent. For every six months a renter pays on time we upgrade something in the property of the tenants choice to help the tenant feel more like owners than renters. Construction & Property Management
Custom Flipz also has a construction division, Custom Flipz Construction and Property Management. We are proud to be recognized by the City of Chicago as a women and minority owned business. If you already own a home or are an investor and have a project that needs to be done we can assist in all aspects of the job. We cover all size projects from complete gut rehabs to accent walls.
